At Hunton & Williams, we value and appreciate the excellent work performed daily by our talented staff. We feel strongly that outstanding efforts and loyalty to the firm deserve both our thanks and recognition.

In addition to year-round office-specific events such as ice cream socials, Thanksgiving Dinners and family picnics, Staff Appreciation Week was established more than 20 years ago and is now a full five days of special communications, giveaways, events and prizes.

Our Staff Milestone Recognition Program honors employees with 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and even more years of service with the firm. Many offices have celebratory events and every employee receives a special gift honoring his or her longstanding support and contribution to the firm.

Each quarter, the firm honors staff members in each office who go above and beyond the call of duty in performing exceptional service for the firm with Spotlight Awards. Winners are publicly recognized during special office events, receive monetary awards as well as certificates and small mementos, and are highlighted in both a firmwide email and on the firm's intranet.
