Back-up Child and Adult Care - Emergency back-up care for children and adult dependents is available to all employees with no charge to the employee…up to 20 days per dependent per year.

Computer and Software Discount and Purchase Plan - Staff with six months of service may use the firm's discounts to purchase hardware and software or obtain interest-free loans for purchase of computer equipment and software.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Available to all employees and members of their households, EAP benefits include free professional counseling, referrals to child care and elder care resources, legal and financial consultants, and more.

Legal Fee Reimbursement - Reimbursements of up to $250 are provided for certain real estate closing costs and the cost of will preparation for staff with six months’ service.

Long Term Care Insurance - Group long term care insurance, offered through Prudential, is available to employees and their spouses, adult children, parents, parents-in-law, grandparents, and grandparents-in-law.

Professional Development - Continued professional development is encouraged, and reimbursements for work-related seminars and professional association meetings, books and publications, professional memberships, and educational programs are available. In-house training programs and seminars also are available at no cost to the employee.

Tuition Reimbursement - Employees who are pursuing college-level courses that relate directly to their positions are eligible to receive up to $1,500 per fiscal year in tuition reimbursement.
