• Annual Screenings Program with Participation Rewards - Participants in our on-site screenings receive Healthy Rewards dollars that may be used to offset the cost of their benefits. An Alternative Means program allows employees to obtain their screenings from their personal physicians.
• Annual Health Risk Appraisal - A confidential, on-line health risk appraisal is available to provide information about an individual’s health status.
• Future Moms - The Future Moms program provides information and support for pre-conception and pregnancy.  Participants in the program receive their baby's first year well baby visits at no cost.
• Flu Vaccines - Flu vaccines are provided on-site at no charge to the employee.
• Gym Memberships - Gym memberships may be subsidized or offered at no charge, with variation by office.
• Health Advocate - Access is provided to Health Advocate, an independent company that provides free personalized services to help navigate the often-complicated healthcare system.
• 24-Hour Nurse Line - The Nurse Line provides medical plan insureds with confidential health information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to assist with making more informed health decisions.
• www.Anthem.com - The Anthem website provides insureds with up-to-date medical news and information through its partnership with Web M.D.
