At Hunton & Williams LLP, we provide a variety of life and disability insurance options to provide financial protection for our employees and their family members.

Basic Life Insurance - One times salary is provided at no cost to the employee.

Short Term Disability Program - Short-term disability benefits are provided to staff through a salary continuation program.

Long-Term Disability Insurance - Employees may choose between 60% and 70% long-term disability insurance coverage.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance - Employees may purchase AD&D insurance for themselves and their family members in increments of $25,000 to a maximum of $500,000 at a group premium rate.

Supplemental Life Insurance - Employees may purchase up to five times salary in optional life insurance. Up to three times salary coverage is available without underwriting approval.

Spouse Life Insurance - Employees may purchase $10,000 or $25,000 spousal life coverage without underwriting approval. With underwriting approval, $50,000, $75,000, or $100,000 coverage is available.

Child Life Insurance - Child life insurance is available for $5,000, $10,000, or $20,000.

Business Travel Accident Insurance - Business Travel Accident Insurance with a $150,000 benefit is provided at no cost to employees.
