Health Benefits

We provide a comprehensive medical plan with options for coverage that allow employees to choose the benefits that are best for them and their family members. Employees receive a contribution toward their medical insurance or receive a credit for opting-out of medical coverage.
  • Medical Insurance - A choice of four different Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO plans is available, including two copayment plans, a Health Reimbursement Account plan and a plan that qualifies for a Health Savings Account. Coverage for U.S. citizens working abroad is available through CIGNA International.
  • Dental Insurance - Employees may choose among three CIGNA dental plans, including two PPO plans and a Dental HMO.
  • Vision Insurance - Vision Service Plan includes benefits for routine eye examinations, glasses, and contact lenses.
  • Flex Dollars - In additional to the contribution toward medical insurance, Flex Dollars are provided that may be used to offset the cost of benefits.
  • MEDEX Travel Assistance Plan - MEDEX is a medical assistance plan provided at no charge to employees traveling abroad on firm business. Coverage is available for personal travel at the employee’s expense.
