At Hunton & Williams LLP, our summer program exposes our associates to the many different facets of our firm and practice areas so that they are better equipped with real-world knowledge at the conclusion of the summer. Whether assisting with depositions or participating in a closing, our summer associates will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with Hunton & Williams attorneys and clients from Fortune 100 companies on a diverse group of assignments.  Each summer associate's contribution makes a difference.

We hire our summer associates with the goal of offering them positions as Hunton & Williams associates, assuming they perform well throughout the summer. We make a commitment to our summer associates, and we look forward to their making a similar commitment to Hunton & Williams. The opportunities we offer are unlimited.

"My summer at Hunton solidified my interest in working with the firm. The summer program's relatively small number, in comparison to firms of similar stature, allows for individualized and meaningful interaction, work and experience."
