3L Recruiting
At Hunton & Williams LLP, we are continually growing and expanding. Our need for entry-level attorneys occasionally requires that we recruit third-year students for specific offices/practice areas to supplement an incoming fall associate class from the summer program. If you are a third-year law student who is eager to explore new opportunities, we encourage you to submit your application materials online directly to your office of interest.
Interviews for 3Ls generally follow the same process as our 2L program as to screening and callback interviews; however, our 3L needs are generally not determined until later in the fall recruiting season, so we may not be in a position to extend an immediate interview invitation to 3L students.
