Years of Experience: The firm's Food and Drug practice group, based in D.C., seeks an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in FDA regulatory issues related to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Experience in FDA regulation of prescription drugs and/or medical devices is required. Specific experience with promotion and advertising of FDA-regulated products is preferred. Additional experience with healthcare compliance issues (e.g., fraud and abuse/anti-kickback issues, pricing and rebate issues, etc.) is useful, but not required. The associate candidate must possess excellent oral and writing skills, demonstrate leadership and initiative, and be comfortable working directly with clients and colleagues. Travel is required.
